Selected Activities & Community Involvement: During college I was press secretary for a county supervisor race and assisted with faculty research on municipal immigrant integration efforts. After graduation, I became the Communications Director for the Arizona AFL-CIO.
Why San Francisco is Important to Me: Local politics is my passion, but working inside city government will be a new experience for me. San Francisco’s legacy of innovation in public transit and land use attracted me to the city, and as a City Hall Fellow I’m looking forward to learning more and contributing back to this remarkable place.
Something Unique About Me: I have volunteered as a gardener at a Japanese garden and worked on an urban farm.
