Why SF is important to me: I have never felt the sense of belonging that I feel here. I have travelled to many cities in China and the U.S., but never have I found a sanctuary as San Francisco. Unphased by the beauty and fog, I was more impressed by the progressive political climate that truly reflects the compassion and vision of the community. For me, it is a place that pushes the limits on every spectrum; this inspires me to push harder and live smarter to achieve my own aspirations in government and nonprofit work.
Something Unique About Me: I was born in Qianjiang, Hubei, China, and immigrated to Hawaii when I was 7.
